2021 marked the initial partnership between Leslee Bender and Blanche Hold of Fitness Marketing Group on the development of the Ageless Training Academy - a program focusing on functional movement for ALL ages! Leslee Bender, 2020 IDEA Personal Trainer of the Year is the epitone of being active and ageless and has been an icon in the wellness industry for over 4 decades! Her desire is to cultivate educated, experienced and empathetic coaches that can develop programs that fits the individual needs of their clients and students. The Ageless Training Academy was created by Leslee and provides science backed educational programs to cultivate educated, experienced and empathetic coaches that can develop programs that fit the individual needs of all clients and students. Blanche Hold has been in the industry since 1987 in many different capacities however, her main passion has been providing the highest quality and standard of CEC accredited education for all health and wellness professionals. Her wellness motto is "every body" is not the same - and thus our training needs to encompass all ages, all genders and all levels! Leslee and Blanche first crossed paths in 2008 with the revolutionary Bender Ball and they have facilitated many accredited training programs including the Bender Method of Training, Bender Barre None, Barre above and many more.
