Jennifer's passion for people, flair for dance, fitness knowledge and expertise, as well as her meticulous and analytical nature, all make her an outstanding and sought after fitness professional.Jennifer's career path has taken her from a Group Exercise Instructor, Pilates Instructor, and Personal Trainer through to becoming a Trainer of Leaders, Fitness, Program and Business Director with the Edmonton YMCA, and in late 2008 became the Co-owner of Feel The Momentum Fitness. From the day FTM Fitness began, Jennifer has been passionately teaching and creating dance-based fitness classes as a integration of her formal dance training and fitness education and her belief that everyone loves to dance.
