Being Ageless is an Experience


Ageless Pilates Training enhances a Pilates and movement specialist, with innovative programming that combines myofascial release utilizing a roller and pilates apparatus to decrease pain and improve mobility for overall functionality to sustain an ageless body.      


This course is specifically designed.to give the Pilates and movement trainer a new blend of myofascial lengthening and restorative techniques to enhance their repertoire. The program allows students to experience ways in which they can decrease pain, improve mobility and over all functionality based on the science of movement. A  trainer  also leaves with new perspectives on individual limitations and how to help students move within their abilities with success. This course explains the importance of understanding the role of fascia, planes of motion and the dramatic affect on the body.      

  

Attendees will leave with the strategies, techniques, and a framework to create innovative practical  programs applicable for all clients.

LESLEE BENDER

Leslee Bender, 2020 IDEA Personal Trainer of the Year, is the epitome of active and ageless. Leslee travels the world as an international fitness trainer, focusing on functional movement for people of all ages.

Her functional techniques benefit athletes as well as everyday people who want to achieve optimal health and fitness while preventing injury. Leslee is the creator of the Bender Method of Training, Barre Above with Pilates Focus and Co-Creator of the Barre Above Training programs and she is the Creator of the Original Bender Ball.   

A graduate of the Gray Institute of Applied Functional Science, Leslee holds a BA and over 30 certifications including Fellow of Applied Functional Science, ACSM, NASM, ACE, and AFAA.

Cancellation Policy - Live Events

CANCELLATION POLICY - LIVE IN PERSON EVENTS

  • All cancellations must be received in writing, email, fax or letter
  • Cancellations received 15 days prior, will be refunded less a $75 administrative fee
  • Cancellations received 7 days prior will receive a credit towards a future event less a $100 administrative fee
  • No refunds or credits will be given for no-shows at the event
